Data you provide
Only provide personal information needed for the request. Do not place passwords, private keys, access tokens, or unrelated personal data in messages.
- Registration, sign-in, profile, and account recovery information.
- Contact and support messages, including your name, email, subject, message, and generated ticket ID.
- Service, order, domain, hosting, database, billing, license, and installation inputs used for the workflow you request.
- Reviews, preferences, and other content you choose to submit.
Data received during use
Web and API services can receive IP address, user agent, request time, route, response status, request identifiers, and security or diagnostic events. The browser stores the theme preference and, when you sign in, authentication and user state described in the cookie notice.
- Technical request and error information used to deliver, secure, and diagnose the service.
- Catalog filters and page requests needed to return the content you ask for.
- Installation origin, session, license, health, and diagnostic records when installation workflows are used.
How information is used
- Provide requested catalog, account, installation, contact, and service functions.
- Authenticate users and installer sessions and enforce scope and origin boundaries.
- Process and maintain requested orders, licenses, installations, and support conversations.
- Prevent abuse, rate limit requests, investigate failures, and protect the service.
- Maintain and improve accuracy, reliability, accessibility, and documentation.
Storage and retention
Some preferences and account state are stored in your browser. Server-side systems store records needed for accounts, contact tickets, support, orders, licenses, installations, operations, and security.
For information about how long a specific record is stored, or to request deletion, use the contact form. ScriptBox may need to verify the request and explain any operational or legal limits that apply to that record.
Application assistance and hosting access
When you request AI assistance, your message, selected resource context and permitted application file contents are sent to the configured OpenAI API model. Environment values and server credentials are excluded from file tools. Do not include passwords, private keys or unrelated personal data in chat.
ScriptBox stores conversations, recorded token usage, wallet reservations and encrypted file recovery copies for the requested service. File edits can affect your live application. Review changes and use recovery history when needed. Account ownership is checked before hosting and file operations.
Service providers and other services
ScriptBox may use infrastructure, database, storage, email, payment, domain, hosting, monitoring, and support providers to perform requested functions. They receive information needed for their role. A selected hosting journey can continue to APITHost, which operates apithost.com under its own notices and terms.
Your choices and contact
For a privacy question, use the public contact form with a specific subject. Do not include sensitive identity documents unless a verified follow-up process requests what is necessary.
- Change or clear browser storage using browser controls; clearing authentication state signs you out.
- Update available account information through account settings.
- Avoid optional submissions or outside services you do not want to use.
- Ask to access, correct, or delete specific information through the contact form, subject to verification and applicable obligations.
